Redbrick Recruitment was set up in April 2010 by David Kettle & Nils Lloyd-Penny, both graduating in 2010 from the University of Birmingham. They are about to face the same problems as thousands of UK graduates getting that first step on the career ladder. Totally frustrated by the lack of opportunities and endless job rejections they have decided to fight back.

Our mission is to provide an exciting marketplace matching the most able graduates (but not just those with a 1st or 2.1) with employers. Working with an experienced online recruiter, Redbrick provides a dynamic and interactive market place where students will have opportunities to develop their skills and interests.
Whether you are leaving school to go on to higher education, taking a gap year, taking your finals or undertaking postgraduate study - Redbrick helps you to build your CV brick by brick to make you as competitive as possible in a crowded market. You can't start too early!

So how is Redbrick different? Well, it's not just a job board and it's not just about graduate schemes. It's the eBay of talent. It's about self help, innovation and inspiration. Graduate schemes and internships are of course available; however the real strength of Redbrick Recruitment is how we want to break the mould and get young talented people working.

School Leavers: Redbrick doesn't exclude those students who are not already at University; in fact we believe school leavers are a priority. In an increasingly competitive job market students of all ages need to begin developing desirable skills and attributes as early as possible.
